Shabby Cat @ Culture Shock

My first event in a very long time, and it's an awesome one! These skirts are partial mesh, so no crotch "prim", but a rigged mesh piece instead.  It was something new for me to work with, but I think it turned out pretty well.  Psycho Starlet will only be available at Culture Shock until the event ends.
